Typically, all you need is a 240V outlet to plug it into, so if you already have an electric dryer you should be all set for your dryer installation. If you do not currently have an available 240V outlet or if a participating contractor recommends other electrical upgrades, New York State offers rebates for that too.

*The application requires a participating retailer, but not a specific location of the retailer. This allows residents the flexibility to pick the location closest to them. Residents may even use their coupon at an out of state location of a participating retailer, as long as the delivery address is in NY State. (i.e., purchase in CT or NJ but install in NY).
